The IBF established our “Citizens Advocacy Program” as a memorial to John Austin, Bill Moyer, and Michael Scanlan and to continue their work supporting citizens and environmental groups, which are promoting public awareness of water issues in Sussex County.  The Advocacy program will provide legal assistance to these citizen groups to help understand, monitor and challenge administrative decisions and rulings which adversely affect the Inland Bays and Sussex County water.
